PodMax rents professional podcast & video studios in Paris (4K, on-site operators), where over 1,500 creators have already shot. At that volume, handling bookings, payments, clients and editing by hand (across spreadsheets, emails and scattered tools) had become unmanageable. They needed a real operations platform.

Full-stack design & development of the platform

Paj is a conversational app built to search for theater plays, simply and naturally. You chat with the agent, tell it about your troupe, your constraints and your wishes, and it finds the play that fits. Its visual identity draws on the infinite architecture of the Library of Babel: a hexagonal, modular and evolving system that evokes the many possible stories. Each hexagon becomes a stage, each interaction leads to a new story. Project carried out as a team.

Fullstack development, within a team

Trentscale is a trading academy that wanted to move from scattered content (videos on Drive, access granted by hand, tracking on a spreadsheet) to a real platform where students learn, validate what they've learned and progress in one place. The method is demanding: a student should only move on once each step is mastered.

Fullstack, from zero to launch

BeyonDev is the studio I'm building to carry a vision: to go beyond plain development and become a true product partner for people who want to launch. The idea behind the name, "beyond dev", is to embody that positioning: we don't just ship code, we frame, prioritize and support all the way to launch. This site is its showcase, live at beyondev.fr.

Co-founder, design & development of the showcase

Taskly is a personal productivity tool, in native desktop form rather than yet another browser tab, so it fits into the real end-of-day gesture: locking your machine. It's also my playground to push my target stack (TanStack Start, Better-Auth, AI) all the way, on a single codebase that runs both on web and as an installable app.

Personal project, designed and built solo

Thai Food is a Thai restaurant that wanted both an appetizing showcase for its menu and a simple tool to run its day-to-day business. Rather than a nice site on one side and spreadsheets on the other, we brought the two together: the showcase for customers, the dashboard for the owner.

Hospitalidée is France's #1 health-reviews platform: it helps patients pick the best hospital or doctor near them through verified patient reviews. Over 1.1 million monthly visitors, +200,000 verified reviews, a national ranking of facilities and a map of hospitals and doctors, a product that's already strong and featured in the media. We worked on it with Tony last year.

Next.js integration & development, with Tony

Boss Entreprise presents itself as a network of outsourced trades: security, cleaning, energy, training, recruitment, building, mediation and more. Each activity is a distinct service with its own identity, but the whole has to live under a single umbrella brand. The group needed a bilingual showcase able to absorb around twenty sectors without becoming an unreadable catalog.

The Catalog puts the agent forward, not the listing. The founding idea is stated right on the home page: you look for an agent rather than an agency. Instead of browsing thousands of properties, you search for an agent selected on their reviews, experience and skills, access their catalog, then send them your request. You enter through the human, not the listing.

Fullstack Next.js

The client designs and builds their own 3D holographic display kiosks, devices that project a hologram above a screen. What we build is the content shown inside: the showcases and interfaces that appear under the hologram. The goal is to give real, elegant, interactive content to kiosks that, without it, are just hardware.
