Hospitalidée is France's #1 health-reviews platform: it helps patients pick the best hospital or doctor near them through verified patient reviews. Over 1.1 million monthly visitors, +200,000 verified reviews, a national ranking of facilities and a map of hospitals and doctors, a product that's already strong and featured in the media. We worked on it with Tony last year.
My role · Next.js integration & development, with TonyThe site had been built in Lovable: great for prototyping fast, but not for the long run. The Lovable pages needed to be taken over and integrated cleanly into a real Next.js codebase, so the site would be better built, maintainable, and so we could ship changes as fast as possible.
Start from the Lovable mockups
The site already existed as Lovable pages. We started from those mockups and rebuilt them one by one into real Next.js pages, without losing any of the approved design.
A clean, durable codebase
Rather than a raw export, we re-integrated everything into a clear Next.js architecture: reusable components, typed and structured code, so the site is better built and easy to evolve.
Ship fast, every iteration
The goal was to ship as fast as possible: continuous deployment on Vercel, careful integration of the key pages (home, national ranking, Mapbox map, patient reviews) and performance tuning.
