PodMax.
The custom platform that runs the whole studio, from booking to editing
The custom booking and management platform behind PodMax: online booking, Stripe payment, client area and admin back-office. Everything that keeps a +1,500 creator studio running, in a single tool.
Subcontracting for the agency Clickway: they handled the designs and the showcase site, and I built the rest of the application.

PodMax rents professional podcast & video studios in Paris (4K, on-site operators), where over 1,500 creators have already shot. At that volume, handling bookings, payments, clients and editing by hand (across spreadsheets, emails and scattered tools) had become unmanageable. They needed a real operations platform.
My role · Full-stack design & development of the platformA busy studio means slots that must never be double-booked, payments to collect, invoices to issue, clients to track and edits to deliver. Done by hand, all of it turns into double bookings, follow-ups and wasted hours: time taken away from producing.
An end-to-end booking flow
The client picks their studio, set, slot and options, then pays, in a few clear steps. Available slots are synced with Google Calendar in real time, so double bookings simply can't happen.
A complete client area
Each client finds their sessions, invoices, prepaid hours and edits in one place. They can even invite their own editors onto a session, with access scoped to what concerns them.
Automated payment and invoicing
Stripe handles payments at booking and hour-pack purchases. Official invoices are generated and sent on their own. No data entry, no manual follow-up.
A back-office to run the studio
On the admin side, a multi-room planner like Google Calendar, bookings, client records, finances and fixed costs, and option pricing. The studio runs its entire business from a single tool.
Post-production that keeps moving
A dedicated space for editors, briefs centralized in Notion, file delivery through Dropbox and editing feedback handled with Frame.io. All of it paced by email reminders and notifications, so edits move forward without the studio chasing everyone.
The right tools, wired together
Rather than rebuilding everything from scratch, I connected the platform to best-in-class tools through their APIs: Google Calendar for slots, Stripe for payments and invoices, Notion and Dropbox for post-production, Frame.io for editing feedback. The result: more reliability, less custom code to maintain, and the studio keeps the tools it already uses.
What it actually changed.
Zero double bookings
Slots sync with Google Calendar in real time: the same studio can't be booked twice for the same time.
Fully self-service booking
From picking a slot to paying, the client books on their own, anytime, no back-and-forth, no studio involvement.
The whole studio in one tool
Bookings, clients, finances, editing, planning: the back-office replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets and scattered tools.
Zero invoices done by hand
Stripe payments, hour packs and official invoices generated and sent automatically, with no manual handling.
I worked with Thibault on demanding projects at Clickway Studio, and he's exactly the profile we were looking for: a developer who masters classic engineering as much as applied AI. He turns fuzzy specs into a working product, with a lot of rigor. Beyond the technical side, he thinks product: he challenges decisions when needed instead of executing blindly. Very happy with the work, I recommend.
